Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically planning and executing projects for the store with a goal of increasing the traffic and revenue.
• Communicating with stakeholders to align project objectives and gather necessary inputs.
• Assigning tasks to team members and providing regular updates on progress to upper management, ensuring transparency and accountability within the project team.
• Developing and implementing an eCommerce strategy, establishing the key performance indicators (KPIs), and tracking project execution against planned performance.
