Project Description: I designed the Website Optimization program for Beauty Works, an e-commerce brand selling beauty products in the U.S. market. This included planning the structure and logic of the optimization roadmap, identifying key areas of improvement across the customer journey, and outlining A/B test strategies targeting conversion rate, average order value, and site engagement. I also created test briefs, proposed UX/UI enhancements, and worked closely with the team to prioritize implementation based on impact and feasibility.

The project involved leveraging tools like heatmaps and session recordings to inform test ideas and guide iterative site improvements. Below are examples of the initial optimization plan, A/B test briefs, and analysis frameworks used to track and refine performance.
