Project Description: I designed the abandoned cart flow logic for both email and SMS campaigns. This included planning the structure and logic of the flow, incorporating A/B testing for offers, creative, and SMS strategy (to minimize unnecessary costs). I also planned the implementation of dynamic elements for email personalization, designed and built the emails in Klaviyo, and set up ongoing testing to optimize performance.
The project was for a U.S.-based brand that sells both subscription boxes and individually sold crafting items. Below are examples of the initial flow design, along with the email and SMS copy and creative.
