Objective

Enhance digital advertising strategies for international clients by optimizing Google Ads and performance-based campaigns, improving ROI through data-driven experimentation, and building a specialized team to execute and scale future advertising initiatives.

During my time at Prodigitas, my role extended beyond campaign management—I designed and implemented a hiring and training program for Google Ads specialists, ensuring a skilled team could continue delivering high-performance results beyond the initial project scope.

To improve advertising efficiency and build an in-house team, I implemented a structured approach:

Data-Driven Advertising Optimization
